In the United States, there is a non-profit organization called the National Student Information Exchange, which has access to enrollment information for all students studying at most universities in the country. They have a product called verification service, which allows third parties to verify the enrollment status of these students.

The exchange center (which they like to call themselves) is composed of universities. The university is a member of its board of directors. Essentially, these universities’ own ‘bill exchanges. It was originally designed to allow universities to exchange students’ transcripts. When students transfer from one university to another, they must send their transcripts. In the 1970s, this was a complex process. Every university will send transcripts to all other universities. It’s also easy to forge your transcript. Therefore, they created a ticket exchange. The university sends its registration information to the information exchange center. Whenever the college requires transcript admission verification, simply inquire with the information exchange and receive it for free. It has been proven that it is cheaper to have a clearing house do this, as it is only a large database.

How to proceed with the verification process

If asked, what kind of file should I upload?

You need to upload a document published by the school to display your name, school name, and the current registration date

Please note that we will review the registration date instead of printing or viewing the date. For example, your transcript may have been printed yesterday, but it indicates that your last class was in the previous semester.
